Training seminar of the European project CI-NOVATEC "Customer Intelligence for Innovative Tourism Ecosystems" in Nafpaktos

A training seminar themed: “The value of customer intelligence in tourism: How knowledge of tourists’ satisfaction affects business decisions” was organized by the Region of Western Greece in Nafpaktos on Wednesday 15/01/2020 in Nafpaktia Hall of the City Hall of Nafpaktos, in the course of implementation of the CI-NOVATEC – Customer Intelligence for inNOVAtive Tourism ECosystems project, of the Interreg V-Α Greece – Italy programme.
